So what if I told you that “nothing matters, do what you want”, is complete bullshit.

Everything. Matters.

So step with purpose, move with intention.

Every step, breath, and move you make shows who you are as a person.

How do you carry yourself?

Do you pick a goal and set plans to achieve it? Do you say no to everything that doesn’t serve this growing version of you? 

A lion is not shaken with the opinion of others.

You have to be hungry for growth. You have to be willing to kill off the old version of you to bloom.

This new you will cost the old you.

Think of everything you want to be and start showing up as that person.

We can’t blossom without being real.

A lion version of you will make eye contact, read energy and protect your own.

Observing but not absorbing is a tactic you must learn.

For a lion is not shaken by the opinion of others.

So fucking eat.
