Hello! I’m Bree Brake, a passionate athlete and coach. My mission is to help women achieve their fitness goals while building confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle.

With a background in Fitness Management, an ACE certified trainer, competing in Wellness-bodybuilding, powerlifting and running. I provide workout plans and coaching to support your unique journey. Whether you’re working toward weight loss, muscle growth, or overall health and wellness, I’m here to guide and motivate you every step of the way.

As someone who believes in continuous growth, I’m also working toward creating a fitness community here and through my app. I understand firsthand the value of dedication and perseverance, and I bring that energy into whatever I put my mind to.

When I’m not coaching, I’m focused on building my own fitness dreams, writing, reading (probably a love story), hanging with my husband and soaking in the human experience. I’m glad you’re here, lets grow together.
